To me, that says "our athletes can't compete with other kids in the county, but they're also smarter".

Also saw an online Coalfield story - says the VHSL will discuss at their 5/5 meeting whether to allow immediate eligibility for those out-of-county kids who transfer to the school they were supposed to be at anyway.
